Zignalify is a SEO monitoring tool that transforms Google Search Console data into clear, actionable recommendations. These Terms govern your use of our Service.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

5. Google Search Console Access

By connecting your Google Search Console account to Zignalify:

  • You grant us permission to access and analyze your Google Search Console data
  • You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant such access
  • You understand that we will use this data to provide SEO recommendations and insights
  • You acknowledge that the accuracy of our recommendations depends on the quality and completeness of the data provided

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

  • The Service is offered through various subscription plans
  • Plan features, limitations, and pricing are described on our pricing page
  • We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or make the Service available to third parties

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9.2 SEO Recommendations

Our SEO recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results or ranking improvements. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and implementation quality.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zignalify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zignalify from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Any content you provide or actions you take

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Exposes us to liability
  • Is otherwise inappropriate

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction
  • No Agency: No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by these Terms
